Continental U.S. shipping only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. USPS Tracked shipping. 

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Should your package be lost or arrive damaged, contact us. If damaged send photos of box and damaged ruler to info@livingwaterquilter.com. 

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. No refunds are offered.  
We will accept exchanges only for an incorrect shank size, provided that:  
The ruler is unused.  
The ruler is returned without damage.  
The ruler is in its original packaging.
To be eligible for an exchange:  
The incorrect ruler must be returned first.  
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  
The customer is also responsible for shipping costs for the replacement ruler.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery
